The cost of cleaning and linen supply will be collected during online check-in: when booking 1 to 2 guests: 73.20 Euro (the house will be configured like this: one double bedroom, one bathroom and the living area) or booking 3 to 4 guests: 122 Euro (the house will be configured like this: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms and the living area). For customized configurations we will make arrangements after booking.We can also only admit guests who allow us to verify their identity prior to arrival at the property via an online check-in system; during this stage the guest will also be asked to pay the 2 Euro stamp. You will also be asked to pay a security deposit. After your departure we will check the property and if there are no damages you will be refunded within 15 working days: 1 night: 75 Euro; 2 nights: 100 Euro; 3 to 5 nights: 125 Euro; 6 to 31 nights: 300 Euro.

THE STRUCTURE.

Splendid structure consisting of two dammusi with private terrace and sea view: a one bed room apartment and a two bed room apartment, both fully equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a wonderful vacation. They can be booked individually or together. Although the owners of the house live on the upper floor, they are very discreet; moreover, the way the dammusi are designed, they manage to guarantee total privacy and relaxation.

Featuring a private entrance, this apartment consists of 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet. Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, and an oven in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment also offers a barbecue. The apartment has a tea and coffee maker, a seating area, a dining area, and a terrace with sea views. The unit sleeps 4 people.
