The cost of cleaning and linen supply will be collected during online check-in: 73.20 Euro. In addition, we can only admit guests who allow us to verify their identity prior to their arrival at the property via an online check-in system; during this stage the guest will also be asked to pay the 2 Euro stamp. You will be asked to pay a security deposit. After your departure we will check the property and if there is no damage it will be returned to you within 15 working days: 1 night: 75 Euro; 2 nights: 100 Euro; 3 to 5 nights: 125 Euro; 6 to 31 nights: 300 Euro.

THE STRUCTURE.

Splendid structure consisting of two dammusi with private terrace and sea view: a one bed room apartment and a two bed room apartment, both fully equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a wonderful vacation. They can be booked individually or together. Although the owners of the house live on the upper floor, they are very discreet; moreover, the way the dammusi are designed, they manage to guarantee total privacy and relaxation.

Boasting a private entrance, this apartment comes with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower and a bidet. Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven in the well-equipped kitchenette. The apartment also includes a barbecue.
