The cleaning and linen supply fee will be collected during the online check-in process:

Booking for 1 to 2 guests: €73.20 (the house will be set up as follows: one double bedroom, one bathroom, the living area, and two balconies)

Booking for 3 to 4 guests: €87.84 (the house will be set up as follows: one double bedroom, one bathroom, the living area with a double sofa bed, and two balconies).

For custom configurations, we will make arrangements after the booking.
Additionally, we can only accommodate guests who allow us to verify their identity before arrival via an online check-in system; during this phase, guests will also be required to pay a €2 stamp duty.

A security deposit will also be required. After your departure, we will inspect the property, and if no damages are found, the deposit will be refunded within 15 working days:
1 night: €75
2 nights: €100
3 to 5 nights: €125
6 to 31 nights: €300

Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

This apartment offers a garden with a shared pool and free private parking. Located close to the center of Pantelleria, it features a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool, a living room with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a balcony. The bathroom is complete with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The apartment is in a strategic location just above the center of Pantelleria, in a quiet area. A few minutes' walk brings you to the heart of town, with restaurants, bars, shops, and essential services, while still enjoying a private and relaxing atmosphere, away from traffic. The elevated position offers a pleasant summer breeze. It’s perfect for those who want to stay close to the center without giving up peace and a connection to nature. Nearby, there are also walking trails and panoramic viewpoints ideal for enjoying sunsets.

We recommend renting a scooter or a car. For the more adventurous, it is possible to get around by bus and continue on foot.
