AFFITTI'CA by Marianelli Daniele manages the property in the name and on behalf of the owner/holder/landlord.

The one-time cleaning and linen supply fee of Euro 125.66 is included in the price and refers to the three-room configuration (living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and dining room), but it can be discounted (upon request after booking) for the following configurations: Two-room apartment (one bedroom and one bathroom closed): discount of Euro 31.16; Studio apartment (two bedrooms and one bathroom closed): discount of Euro 63.44. For customized configurations, we will arrange after booking. -- Please note that we can only accept guests who allow us to verify their identity before arrival through an online check-in system. During this process, guests will also be required to pay the Euro 2 tax stamp. -- A security deposit will also be requested. After your departure, we will inspect the property and, if there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded within 15 business days: 1 night: Euro 50; 2 nights: Euro 75; 3 to 5 nights: Euro 100; 6 to 31 nights: Euro 300.
