The cost of cleaning and linen supply will be collected during online check-in: booking 1 to 3 guests: 97.60 Euro (the house will be configured as follows: one double bedroom, one bathroom and the living area with a single sofa bed) or booking 4 to 5 guests: 140.30 Euro (the house will be configured as follows: two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and the living area with a single sofa bed). For customized configurations we will make arrangements after booking. In addition, we can only admit guests who allow us to verify their identity prior to their arrival at the property via an online check-in system; during this stage the guest will also be asked to pay the 2 Euro stamp. You will also be asked to pay a security deposit. After your departure we will check the property and if there are no damages you will be refunded within 15 working days: 1 night: 75 Euro; 2 nights: 100 Euro; 3 to 5 nights: 125 Euro; 6 to 31 nights: 300 Euro.
